All Sizes Japanese Traditional Shiki Futon 4-Trifold (FPFS)

The Folding Bed folks were great to deal with, the cot-sized folding bed is excellent quality and arrived well-packaged and at just the right time for our needs. The guests report the bed to be "really comfy," and the bed fit nicely in the restricted space we had. Very happy with this company and the purchase!

I am surprisingly pleased with the quality and comfort of this mattress ... especially for how affordable it is compared to others like it. I am 41 years old and about 140 lbs. I've slept well on this mattress from the first night. I highly recommend it.

Pros: Cheap, easy to lift, folds, fast shipping, quick to respond with questions, no smell

Cons: Not thick enough on its own

Im 6ft 140lb, twin, side sleeper. First time on a shikibuton did alot of researching settled with this one. It says it's 6" thick the one I received is 4" thick. 2" laying down on it. Definitely firm but softer than hard floor or foam. Maybe another twin to double up the thickness would be more comfort for me. If you like firm you'll live this, I just need a lil more side comfort.

These cot-sized futons are high quality and PERFECT for "glamping" - they are extremely comfortable and warm.

Pros: Hi quality and confortable

This is a very nicely built mattress with high quality materials and it is very comfortable. However, at almost 6 inch thick it is certainly not a Traditional Shiki Futon that you will conveniently fold and store in a closet when not in use (my wife is Japanese so we know what we are talking about). The upside is that it completely isolates you from the floor for a good night sleep.

I'm very happy with the futon and the delivery service. The futon is a comfortable combination of soft and supportive. It's thick enough so that I don't feel the floor beneath me. It's also very light and easy to fold and move from room to room. I shopped around online and kept coming back to this mattress. I'm very satisfied with it. Thanks!

Great futon mattress! Very well made, extremely comfortable, and I can easily roll it up to store in a small closet when it is not being used. Would definitely recommend to family and friends... in fact, I already have!

Recovering from a cracked vertebrae called for removing the 'regular' mattress in favor of the futon. The futon is one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, soothing back pain and supportive at the same time.
