A: The bed is only 71.25 in tall at the highest point so you will have plenty of room with a 9 ft. ceiling.

A: The board is not included. It is a picture that a customer sent. They used melimin. It just lays on top of the rails.

A: The beams may not fall exactly where your studs are. So you can get bracket to lay across your walls and catch the bracket to the studs. You can then attache the bed to the bracket.
