Minor Assembly is required. Only the handles need to be put on. Materials Used: The Creden-ZzZ is made up of several different types of wood and wood products. The Veneer on the coffee finish is Okoume. Okoume (Gaboon) is used heavily in the plywood and veneer industry. Okoume comes from the Congo, Equatorial Guinea and Gabon. The runners and wheel legs are rubber wood. The back is 1/4 inch plywood, the drawer bottom is 1/8 inch plywood. In some of the larger pieces, a honeycomb core is used. This is a light weight, yet extremely strong and stable material. It is framed in solid wood where fasteners (screws) are used. We use the honeycomb core to make the cabinet easier to lift. Honeycomb does not shrink and swell with humidity and temperature changes. MDF is used as the skin on the honeycomb and for the face design on the Cottage. No particle board is used in the Creden-ZzZ.
