Suspended using high-tension springs, the J-Tex sprung base system is extremely strong and independently tested and proven to perform as well as regular permanent beds. We ordered online and received the bed in the time window provided. There was no assembly and it worked exactly as expected. The end does dip a bit in the middle when laid upon, but it doesn't really compromise comfort. I've laid on it many times and guests have slept on it and there hasn't been a single complaint. The corners of the frame are sharp, so that's one thing to remain cognizant of when walking around it while it's flat. It also doesn't have wheels when flat (only when folded), so its easier to fold up and move rather than drag while it's flat.
