How Does The Rental Process Work?

The beds that are marked as "Shipped Throughout The USA" can be delivered and picked up anywhere. Excluding, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We us UPS, Fed Ex or Trucking Service. Local deliveries are made with our Truck. We charge for delivery and pick up a small fee. If you have a bulk order please contact us for special pricing. Please indicate the date of delivery and pick up if possible. We will make sure you receive it on that date. Purchase options are available if you choose to keep the Bed. Free Shipping

If "Free Shipping" is indicated in the item listing, we will ship it free of charge to customers living in the Continental USA. Customer's living in Alaska or Hawaii or outside The USA, must call for the shipping rate.
Some items will ship via UPS or Fed Ex and some items will ship via Common Carrier (Trucking Service). If the item ships via Common Carrier then it will be delivered to the sidewalk or First Door on the first Floor of an Apartment Building. If you need the product to be brought into your home, please contact us for the rate. If you are not sure how the product will be shipped please contact us for more information. Sales Tax

As required by Law, we collect Sales Tax in all localities that are covered by the tax. The total will be indicated before you submit your order.  

Some areas are not required to pay a sales tax and we do not collect it there. If the order is going to an organization that is tax exempt, please fax us the certificated to 800-240-0514 and we will remove the tax.
